Introduction
While listening to an audiobook called The Theory of Everything: A Unified Version of Reality (written by Ash G.), I had heard about what’s called an indigo child. There are two other types of children, though I’ll focus on this one, as I seem to show signs that I’m one of the last indigo children that were born (I’m a product of late 2002). Despite that, being that I’m potentially misdiagnosed as autistic (due to similarities with it, ADHD, and indigo children), I want to explain what indigo children are, and if I could potentially be one. I might as well disclose that, because I’ve been waking up to the reality that consciousness is love, and that choosing to be is choosing to love, there’s a good chance I’m a starchild for the following reasons. Those could be physical pain due to worldwide suffering. That’s it, no intent on returning to a home I don’t know about outside of earth’s atmosphere. Otherwise, there’s a very good chance I’m an indigo, as I will explain here.
What is an Indigo Child?
Indigo children are seen as people who come into this world, called and chosen to create change and awake all homo sapiens spiritually. Us indigos tend to be freethinkers with insight into the homo sapien condition, and an ability to see clear truths about the cosmos. We’re considered to be old souls, and find it hard to fit into general society at large. We become misunderstood, shunned, outlaws, or misdiagnosed and heavily medicated. We can be seen as possessing strong intuition and spiritual gifts only homo sapiens can dream of. We might even have the ability to communicate with God/Source as well, or see visions that we yearn to understand.
The Qualities
These are the qualities of an indigo, considering the fact that I’ve been somewhat known to show signs of it to new age people here on Nostr. That said, I’d like you to be the judge of it based upon what I’ve posted on this protocol through Primal. On top of that, it might be something you could look into yourself, as if you are an indigo, that’s fantastic. If anyone possesses these particular traits, half of them being true are a sign we are one. Otherwise, that isn’t the case. If all of them are true, this is definitely an indigo.
Strong Will
Indigos happened to have an insanely strong will, considering that we’ll do anything reasonable to accomplish something we dreamed of doing, or a goal we had in mind. This will be despite the fact that people often flame us, or don’t even support us.
Old Soul
We may feel as if we’ve lived many lifetimes (reincarnation, which is bullspit), possessing wisdom others our age don’t even have. We could’ve behaved as someone old in the past, but as an adult, we possess a deeply spiritual and philosophical outlook on life.
Freethinking
Nothing is too holy for us to dissect or reject. We prefer to think for ourselves rather than blindly following the crowd, even if this isolates us. Questioning is something we do naturally.
Noncomformity
We may have been thought of as disobedient, contrarian, mean, or annoying. However, we can’t stand being controlled by other entities as adults. We prefer to find the truth ourselves and forge our own path, likely with help from Source/God.
Passionate Truth-Seeking
Truth is of the utmost importance to us. We always want to distinguish the truth from illusions, and we were called to do so. When we’re around others, we can tell if someone’s lying or hiding something based upon behavior they exhibit. Honoring the truth, as much as it hurts, is our demand. We’d rather suffer from the truth than happily falling for deceit (113 in gematria, when decoding scripted events).
Perception and Intelligence
We can see things about being a homo sapien, and understand them, in ways people can’t imagine. On top of that, our perception makes us discover the truth about the homo sapien condition, and ultimately, how to help with it.
Intuition
Our perception also makes us intuitive. We use our gut feeling to know the best course of action, on top of knowing things about others secret or otherwise hidden.
Desire to Change the World
Deep within us, there is a driving fource to enact positive change on the center of our universe, a spherical, stationary ball. We know that our destiny is to change the paradigm, or destroy the norms altogether. This sense of intentionality is the crux of our decisions, and whatever doesn’t align with our inner sense of purpose is thrown out.
Empathy and Compassion
We care a lot about this planet, and other people, often enough to suffer from physical and emotional pain. Every time we see or hear of violence, destruction, cruelty, and tyranny, we tend to feel sorrowful or angry. This high level of empathy and compassion shows we often struggle with living in the past (depression), or the future (anxiety).
Unrelated Note on Empathy and Compassion
The concept of time is not linear as we understand it. From the book, it is said that the past, present, and future are all one, and happening at the same exact time. Meaning, we can be nothing more than factals of Source/God observing himself through countless means in infinite consciousness.
Change-Making Leadership
We always were drawn towards proper leadership, ever since we were little. It could potentially be hard to work in teams, or for other people. Instead, we’d rather function as self-employed or leaders. This is because we find it difficult to obey authority, especially when corrupt, illogical, or outdated entirely. We want to teach better, wiser, and healthier ways of living. We might even be spiritual elders as a result of this.
Idealism
We set a high bar for ourselves and our peers. This can be positive, we need to be careful about being over critical or overly demanding. Nevertheless, this helps us to do better, and have strain for effort, and the absolute best case scenario.
Aloneness or Autonomy
Being held down by any entity is not only an annoyance, but complete servitude to dark powers, all the way up to Lucifer. It’s ridiculous to us that we’d be around people a lot, often preferring autonomy or solitude. We enjoy it, and the insight it can bring to us.
Creativity
Our brain, being that we can’t conform, allows expression through art and creativity. This we absolutely love.
Strong Connection with Nature and Animals
Our nature is compassion and empathy, making us gravitate towards the natural world. We feel most at home when we’re surrounded by trees, or water. Nature is pure and grounding, that we find it a welcome break from the grief that is our simulated world.
Spirituality and Religious Magnetism
Spirituality, to us indigo children, is falling in love with the message, while religion is loving the messenger. We’re drawn towards the truth in purity, not muddied by dogma or fundamentalist teachings. Those in particular are the reason we don’t have our potential noticed, and maybe why we can’t activate 97% of our DNA, which is latent, and not “junk”.
Boredom Struggles
Due to our minds being sharp and inquisitive, us indigo children tend to have difficulty with conventional structure and routines. Therefore, as a result of this, we become easily bored. There’s a good chance we were diagnosed with autism, ADHD-C, I, or H as a child (really, anything in the Autism spectrum), and that might’ve been wrong.
Prone to Existential Angst
Not only can we be quite anxious or depressed, but we may have it existentially (outwardly). We tend to be more concerned with life itself than ourselves. As such, we tend to ask questions, like why we suffer, why there’s injustice, why we were born (I figured this one out with numerology), and even what the meaning of life is. These questions tend to lead us to losing interest in the mundane carried out by the majority of homo sapiens around the world.
Other Traits
Some other traits we may posses are as follows:
- Addiction to numbness
- Seeking only loyal friendships
- Pride (the bad kind)
- Hotheadedness
- Sensitivities to environmental and food poisoning
- Spiritual gifts we’ve had since childhood
Tips for Us Indigo Children
If we happen to be one (I know at this point I certainly am), then these are some tips from Altheia Luna (whom I sourced for this read) on how we can benefit from being an indigo child:
- Stay grounded, practicing mindful breathing, or other mindfulness techniques
- Practice meditation every day (this I need to do)
- Practice emotional acceptance
- Allowance of experiencing raw emotions, physically
- Try to understand what it’s telling us, the signal it gives
- How we can behave according to this message
- Once explored, act based upon what’s been gathered
- Assimilate it, and learn the value it’s brought
- Learn the spiritual awakening process, and how it can be linked to any of these for existential depression:
- Continuous “deep thoughts” about the meaning and nature of life
- Intense desire to answer seemingly unanswerable questions such as, “What is the purpose of existence?” “What happens after death?” and “Why was I born?”
- Intense dissatisfaction with the state of society and an existential dread
- Feeling disconnected from others (thus few or no friends)
- Feeling misunderstood and on a “different level” to others
- Chronic and profound loneliness
- Sensations of being “dead,” “numb,” or empty inside
- Disinterest in social contact because it feels shallow
- Melancholic moods
- Anxiety
- Loss of interest in usual pursuits
- Lack of enthusiasm or motivation
- Low energy and chronic fatigue
- The belief that most things are “futile” or “meaningless”
- Contemplation or attempt of suicide
- Practicing things like automatic writing, or anything else creative to express ourselves and our ideas to turn to reality; this helps us get in touch with the heart and the soul
- Spend time with nature to regain balance and unwind
- Grounding is a good way to enhance it
Note on Existential Depression
I’ve had functional existential depression since 2019, especially number 15. I had defeated that part, and this is really Major Depressive Syndrome (MDS or Depression), which I fixed by upping by Vitamin B1 supply.
Am I an Indigo Child?
Based upon the numerology I did in my podcast (that’s in Bonus Episode 2), and the fact I attempted to study this… all because of one audiobook going into consciousness on a quantum, esoteric, spiritual, and cosmic level. It’s safe to speculate that I am, indeed, an indigo child, and one of the last ones that were born (some say the early 2000’s had some of the last indigo children). Yet I’m diagnosed autistic, that might not be true after all.
In spite of that, I’ll still be the same Jesuit-bashing, FOSS-engrossed, FPS specialist on Nostr. I’d really like to do stuff more in terms of gaming on Nostr, especially with Call of Duty (of which I’ve been playing pre-2019 games as of late), of which I’ve had a kick for as of late.
