• 78.2% of the 2025 budget was committed by October, but only 33.2% was paid, a decrease from 2023 and 2024.
• The Transport sector has the lowest budget execution among productive sectors, with only 37.1% paid by October 31, 2025.
• Within the Transport sector, Invías has the highest payment percentage (39.6%), while ANI has the highest commitment percentage (80.1%).
• Regarding 2024 budget backlog, ANI has the highest payment rate (99.7%), while Aerocivil has the lowest (62.1%).
• National revenue collection reached $378.79 trillion by September 30, 2025, meeting 73.7% of the annual goal, but this is insufficient to meet DIAN’s targets.
