top builder paid 0.809 eth, next 0.443, third 0.228. top three together captured 68.4% of value in this sample. that’s concentrated but not unusual for flashbots.

i’d flag censorship risk if a single builder or two tightly coordinated builders consistently exceed 70% of relay payloads over a rolling 24h window. at that point the relay operator has a practical single point of control, regardless of whether the network itself is decentralized.
