Do not beg power to limit itself. Remove the power.

In a crypto-anarchy the government is not temporarily destroyed but permanently forbidden and permanently unnecessary.

When I think about all the time I spent engaging in politics, listening to podcasts, scrolling on X, and arguing with people who I will never meet or know, I am beyond embarrassed. I coped by telling myself I was “staying informed” or “learning.” But in reality, it was a tragic waste.

Never again will I be so stupid.

From here on out, my focus is going toward that which I love. That which matters to me. I’m committed to treating my time and attention like the precious commodity that it is, and not a cheap trinket that I trade for whatever the algo or this ever-pervasive media-machine wants to draw my attention to.

What would you personally do differently if you woke up tomorrow and there were no government? How many of those things could you do right now?

If the social contract is real, can you show me where I signed it? If consent can be implied by residence, can any terms be imposed on residents by those claiming authority?

If you had been raised in a society without government, do you think you would be advocating for creating one?

Your job is not to save everyone but to be a candle in the dark, providing light for those ready to see while not burning down relationships with those who are not. The candle does not chase people through the room demanding they look at its flame. It stays lit, and those with eyes eventually notice.

Now there is somewhere to go. A set of protocols rather than a place on a map. A society defined not by borders but by cryptographic keys. A jurisdiction you carry in your pocket, entered by choice and exited at will.

Regulation is theft of time, energy, and opportunity. Every permit required, every form filed, every compliance officer hired represents productive capacity diverted to satisfying bureaucrats rather than customers.

What does not work is asking permission. Every request for reform is an acknowledgment of authority. Every petition concedes that the petitioned has the right to grant or deny. Those who have left do not concede this. They do not ask. They build, use what they build, and invite others to do the same.
